PALAUTUKSET JA PERUUTUSOIKEUS
14 päivän peruutusoikeus
Sinulla on oikeus peruuttaa tilaus 14 päivän kuluessa siitä, kun olet vastaanottanut tuotteen. Peruutusoikeus perustuu kuluttajansuojalakiin ja EU:n kuluttajaoikeusdirektiiviin.
Miten peruutan?
Ilmoita peruutuksesta sähköpostitse osoitteeseen hello@auroraonegolf.com 14 päivän kuluessa. Vapaamuotoinen ilmoitus riittää — voit myös käyttää alla olevaa mallilomaketta. Vastaamme viestiisi ja lähetämme palautusohjeet.
Tuotteen kunto
Voit avata pakkauksen ja tarkastaa tuotteen samalla tavalla kuin myymälässä. Jos tuotetta on käytetty enemmän kuin sen ominaisuuksien toteamiseksi on tarpeen, voimme vähentää palautettavasta summasta arvonalennusta vastaavan määrän.
Käytännössä: avaamattomasta laatikosta palautamme koko summan. Pelattuja palloja ei voi palauttaa täysimääräisenä.
Palautuksen kulut
Palautuslähetyksen kulut maksaa asiakas.
Rahojen palautus
Palautamme maksun 14 päivän kuluessa siitä, kun olemme vastaanottaneet palautuksen tai todisteen sen lähettämisestä. Palautamme rahat samalle maksutavalle, jolla maksu on suoritettu.
Jos peruutat koko tilauksen, palautamme myös alkuperäisen toimituskulun (edullisimman tarjoamamme toimitustavan mukaisesti).
Virheellinen tai vaurioitunut tuote
Jos tuote on virheellinen tai vaurioitunut, ota yhteyttä sähköpostitse. Korvaamme tuotteen tai palautamme kauppahinnan ja maksamme palautuksen kulut.
Erimielisyydet
Jos erimielisyyttä ei saada ratkaistuksi, voit ottaa yhteyttä kuluttajaneuvontaan (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) tai saattaa asian kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsiteltäväksi (kuluttajariita.fi).

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.
How to cancel
Notify us by email at hello@auroraonegolf.com within 14 days. A free-form message is sufficient; you may also use the model withdrawal form below. We will reply with return instructions.
Condition of the product
You may open the packaging and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value.
In practice: an unopened box is refunded in full. Balls that have been played cannot be refunded in full.
Return shipping costs
The customer pays the cost of returning the product.
Refunds
We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
If you cancel the entire order, we will also refund the original delivery cost (based on the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
Faulty or damaged products
If a product is faulty or damaged, contact us by email. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Disputes
If a dispute cannot be resolved, EU consumers may refer the matter to their national consumer dispute body. Finnish consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
